As an account director, Vicki guides and leads our collective teams on brand strategy, communications and media planning and execution. With a knack for listening and getting at the heart of a brand’s purpose, the real why, Vicki has an uncanny ability to home in on a target consumer and make them care. For the past 20+ years, she has been at the center of complex omnichannel, multimedia engagements, developing brand identities and brand platforms, creative campaigns, digital and paid media for clients like UnitedHealthcare, Penn Medicine-University of Pennsylvania Health System, Mayo Clinic, Health Partners/Park Nicollet, Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, and Smiths Medical. Vicki has also supported retail clients like Target and Best Buy and B2C brands like Andersen Windows and American Express. Vicki spent 15 years as a strategic leader at highly acclaimed Larsen Design, spearheading brand strategy, brand transformations and assignments. Vicki holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and interior design from Indiana State University. She is an outdoor enthusiast and a marathon coach, which means she’s endlessly patient, persistent and really good at staying with you for the long run, literally.
